is more than a restaurant. Here the palate is moved by the hand-made ravioli and the tagliolini dressed with white duck sauce and by the triumph of meats ( both games and meats are produced locally): from farm to fork.

Guests of the “Vecchia Osteria La Pergola” will be also gifted with a sweet final surprise: the finest pastry, hand-made by Cinzia, the eldest of madama Doretta. A show of fairy cakes and a fairy tale for each occasion (cantucci, cavallucci, panforti, the famous tarts topped and filled with a variety of creams).

Vecchia Osteria La Pergola” is the taste of Tuscany as it was. Or as it should still be.
